"Gender Equality from men's perspectives" panel discussion in Shanghai

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Shanghai and Mazars are pleased to hold a panel discussion on gender diversity as part of the France-China 50 programme.

“Gender Equality from a Man’s Perspective” is the title of the latest piece of research conducted by Mazars and WoMen'Up. It analyses the perspectives of men from 60 nationalities on the constant evolving male/female relations.

The panel discussion which will look at men's perspectives on gender equality in the workplace, as well as in the private life. Do men's vision matches women's expectations? Do they play a part in reducing stereotypes? The discussion will also seek to find out whether men feel threatened by female leadership in the workplace and their views on "men's networks" in response to a growing number of "professional women's networks".
