Alumni referral program

At Mazars you make friends for life through our distinctive one-team approach which makes Mazars a truly human and international adventure, and that’s why we are pleased to introduce our alumni referral program, which provides eligible Alumni an opportunity to share in the success of hiring qualified accounting professionals.

Recruitment targets

Candidates with suitable experience in the professional areas of Audit & Assurance department with positions of:

  • Assistant Manager
  • Senior II
  • Senior I


Staff left the Firm who wish to re-join is encouraged and is also covered in this program on the condition that, starting from the implementation of this program, the time interval between his/her last employment day and his/her day of re-join must be more than 6 months.

Reward scheme

Any alumni of the Firm can be a referrer. To attract and retain talent, if the referee of Audit & Assurance department successfully completes the probation period, the referrer will be entitled to receive the cash reward and the referee will receive new hire bonus. At the time of paying cash reward/New Hire Bonus, the referee should still be employed by the Firm.

Application procedure        

The normal selection process will apply strictly to applications from all channels so as to uphold the quality of our staff and standard of services. 

If you want to refer someone, you need to send in the referee’s application with CV directly to One referee can only be referred by one alumni in single application. Once the application is submitted, the name of the referrer cannot be changed. If the application is not successful, the referee is welcome to send in another application by another referrer after six months.
