Shu Min Ng Senior Manager, Tax - Transfer Pricing

Shu Min has more than 9 years of practicing experience in transfer pricing in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Her areas of expertise include handling transfer pricing compliance documentation and planning engagements for clientele in energy and commodities, consumer products, real estate, life sciences and semiconductor industries.

She has also carried out Country-by-Country Reporting engagements for Singaporean and Malaysian Headquarters based on BEPS Action 13 and transfer pricing planning engagements for mainly intragroup services for clientele in real estate, consumer products and shipping industries. Her previous experiences also included involvement in transfer pricing audit defence and voluntary disclosure engagements for clientele in energy and commodities, life sciences and consumer products industries.

Shu Min is a Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand equivalent).
