Experience

Sharon joined the industry in 2000, a qualified CPA with over twenty years practical experience.

Sharon has been auditing companies of all sizes, from SMEs to listed local, PRC and overseas companies. Her audit credentials include those from the regulatory industries such as securities and futures dealers and financial advisory service providers.

Aside from performing assurance services, Sharon also conducts due diligence and is engaged in special projects in relation to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, other fund raising activities and special investigations for regulators. Sharon has extensive experience in various transaction projects in the Hong Kong capital market.

Sharon is familiar with the reporting culture of European brands in the Asia markets such as LuxotticaEssilor and Richemont, etc. She is / was the engagement principal of these clients that require group reporting.
