Background

Amanda joined Mazars in Hong Kong in 2012 and her audit experience spans over Hong Kong-listed companies (Main Board and GEM). She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, financial due diligence and advisory in the Asian Pacific region including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. 

Amanda has strong knowledge in the practical application of Hong Kong and International Financial Reporting Standards, Hong Kong Listing Rules, etc. She also has solid experience in capital market assignments, e.g. IPO, acquisition and disposal transactions, due diligence, and is experienced in working with other Mazars offices on cross-broader assignments.
