Mazars in Hong Kong co-hosted a Îles flottantes dessert making workshop with Alliance Française de Hong Kong (7 Jan 2022)

On 7 January evening, our colleagues were filled with sweetness throughout the dessert-making workshop co-organized with Alliance Française de Hong Kong again. Chef Betty showed us the steps in making dessert Îles flottantes, meaning “floating island” in French. She also shared with us the cooking tips in making pourable custard & soft meringue. This dessert served alongside white wine cheered our colleagues up the whole day!
