On 14 December 2023, we held a successful apple crumble making workshop co-hosted with Alliance Française de Hong Kong, bringing colleagues together for a festive culinary experience!
As Christmas is approaching, our colleagues turned into chefs and worked as a team to create delicious apple crumbles. After all the baking steps, we enjoyed the fruits of labour - a yummy apple crumble topped with creamy vanilla ice cream.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the year, it was great to have such a perfect opportunity to relax and indulge in the joys of culinary passion with our fellow colleagues!
