On 30 Mar 2021, Ms. Annie Chan, our Managing Director of Forensic and Regulatory Compliance Services at Mazars in Hong Kong delivered a webinar under the topic of “Forensic accounting and fraud investigation”.
Organized by the Accounting Development Foundation, this webinar was moderated by Mr. Louis Chow, Chairman of Accounting Development Foundation. Annie shared some tips and techniques on fraud prevention and detection.
With the current business environment which is in a constant state of changes, Annie pointed out that it is now more important than ever for corporations and organisations to address the red flags of fraud in order to minimize and control the risk of fraud.
She also discussed the key components of strategic fraud risk management and shared some real life cases with the audiences. The webinar was well-received by over 250 participants.
