Thierry Labarre gave a speech on Successful Overseas IPOs for Chinese Companies
Thierry Labarre, Founding Partner of Mazars in Mainland China and President of HEC Paris Alumni Association in Beijing, gave a lecture on the IPO process, key issues and key success factors in front of HEC Executive MBA students and candidates in Hangzhou on 11th June 2011.
The presentation was facts-backed by case studies on the issues faced by 6 listed Chinese companies during their IPO process, and the corresponding lessons learned. This speech was also an opportunity to raise Mazars’ profile and present our services capabilities to Chinese companies’ Executives.
