Ivan has over 20 years’ experience in audit and financial advisory services. He has solid experience in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions activities, business valuation, financial investigations and IPOs.

Ivan has extensive experience spanning a range of companies including public companies, multinational corporations, not-for-profit organisations and the private sector. His industry experience includes securities and commodities dealers, financial advisory service providers, IT and high-tech companies, resources, manufacturing, retail and distribution.
