Mazars in Hong Kong co-organised a French dessert cooking workshop with Alliance Française de Hong Kong (28 April 2021)

On 28 April, our colleagues participated at the French dessert cooking workshop co-organised with Alliance Française de Hong Kong. During the workshop, Chef Molinna shared with our colleagues the history of dessert Tarte Tatin and guided them with the baking steps. All participants were happy to bake their own apple tart and bring back home to share with their loved ones!
