Shiu Hang Fung, our Practising Director and Head of Audit and Assurance at Mazars in Hong Kong was interviewed by ACCA Accounting and Business magazine and shared his views regarding the major challenges for accounting industry and advice towards accounting graduates.
He thinks the major challenge in accounting industry now is resources . Besides, he suggests that young accountants should adopt a more international mind and consider diversified career options in accounting industry other than auditing.
