Mazars Hong Kong IPO seminar in Wuhan
Fung Shiu Hang and Paul She, Audit & Assurance Practising Directors of Mazars Hong Kong, attended the seminar of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in Wuhan at Zhongshen Zhonghuan ’s headquarter and gave a training presentation to their colleagues on 17 May 2018.
In the seminar, Hang and Paul focused on the topic of IPO in Hong Kong, including basic introduction, pros and cons, regulatory framework and listing procedures, involved parties, listing method & basic qualification, etc. The seminar wrapped up successfully with a Q&A session.
