On 12 October 2021, our Senior Director and Head of Financial Advisory, Stephen Weatherseed was one of the speakers at the webinar organised by the Crown Workspace discussed on the questions of 3 Rs: Refresh, Relocate or Remove.
Stephen shared his views on the drivers of workplace changes, “Covid prevents the young to learn efficiently compared to before, at the same time, KPI becomes a lot more difficult formulating it and unnecessary when they are WFH. As we move forward, we must improve the way we communicate and get used to online platforms for work.” To address the challenges, he also suggested some co-workspace options and smart office solutions.
