On 5 May 2021, co-organised by ONC Lawyers and Mazars in Hong Kong, Ms. Annie Chan, our Managing Director of Forensic and Regulatory Compliance Services delivered a webinar under the topic of “What to do if your bank account or funds have been inadvertently frozen?” with Mr. Dominic Wai, Partner of ONC Lawyers.
She explored the role of forensic accountants in investigating fraud and in regulatory compliance, and how forensic accounting could assist lawyers and clients in the unfreezing process, this webinar was well-received by almost 200 participants.
