Benoît Stos, Managing Partner of Mazars Guangzhou office
Benoît set up Mazars Guangzhou office in 2006 after having spent 4 years at Mazars Beijing office and 4 years at Mazars Paris office. He specialises in financial audit and due diligence as well as accounting and has assisted many European businesses in the course of their investment in China.

Vivian Desmonts, avocat à la cour, Managing Partner of DS avocats Guangzhou office :
Vivian Desmonts is a registered lawyer at Paris Bar, joined DS Avocats in 1998. He spent 4 years with the Paris office and 2 years with the Shanghai practice before setting up the Guangzhou office in 2004. Vivian assist both SMEs and European groups with their investment project in China on matters related to corporate law, contract law, labour law and tax law.
