New obligations for employers and tax issues relating to social insurance
Mazars partner Julie Laulusa will speak at the next working group meeting of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, which will be dedicated to the new social insurance law and its implications for employers in China.
The working group will provide opportunities for participants to learn the essentials of this new law on social insurance and its impact on the new obligations of foreign employees in China. Taxation issues related to social insurance and payment arrangements will also be discussed.
