Listings of Joint-Venture on Chinese stock-exchanges
During this seminar, special focus will be placed on relevant issues to the listing of foreign-invested entreprises in China.
Charles Qin, Founding Partner of Llinks Law Offices, will present all the conditions and procedures of IPO and Listing as well as the key points of IPO Examination. He will also discuss specificities of IPO for foreign-invested Enterprises, such as matters to be examined by the competent authorities in charge of FDI, foreign-invested industry catalogue, requirements of lock-up period, etc.
Charles will also introduce leading-edge information of the International Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
About the speaker
Charles Qin is a founding Partner of Llinks Law Offices. He has 21 years of practical experience in capital markets, private equity/venture capital, M&A, banking and finance, asset management and commercial dispute resolution. Since 1992, as counsel to the issuers or sponsors, he has helped more than 60 enterprises to go public both at home and abroad. Mr. Qin is also active in the area of private equity/venture capital.
