The cooking workshop started off with an introduction to the history of French pastries and the French dining culture, where our employees also tasted the French wine and snacks. After the educational presentation, our team went to the kitchen and start learning and making one of the signature French desserts “éclair au chocolat”. The pâtissier demonstrated to our participants how to make the éclair au chocolat and explained to them each step, and all the participants had the chance to participate in the cooking process. After that, everyone got to taste their own creations and it was truly a very successful and enjoyable night!
As the corporate sponsor, Mazars Hong Kong, in partnership with Alliance Française, is co-hosting a French Program for our employees to learn and to have fun. And we kicked off the program with this fantastic cooking workshop which was held on 4 May 2018!
