Appetite for overseas listings is stronger than ever amongst Chinese entrepreneurs. On 8 and 9 June, 2010, Mazars will present the planning, valuation and accounting issues that need to be addressed to achieve a successful IPO. Marty Lau, Senior Corporate Finance Manager from Mazars in the UK will be joined by Jack Clipsham, new Head of Corporate Finance for Asia-Pacific, Shanghai-based Partner Bryan Chen and Beijing-based Director Jason Mak.
Representatives from both the London Stock Exchange and Plus Markets, the UK’s new stock exchange, will deliver keynote speeches.
