Mazars helps Chinese investors in France

Julie LAULUSA and Nikko FU, both from Mazars in Shanghai, are in Paris on December 6th, 2010 to attend the 8th “Chinese Investors Club” event organized by the Invest-in-France Agency as part of its annual “Serving Chinese Investors” seminar series.

With 22 investment projects in 2009 (up from 17 in 2008), France aims to reach a total number of 100 Chinese investments in France, with recent announcements from both Haier (European headquarters to be transferred from Italy to Neuilly, with a 250 sqm showroom) and China National Bluestar (extension of the Bluestar Silicones factory near Lyon). This compares with around 4,000 reported French investments in China.

During the seminar co-organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Paris and the Association of Chinese Enterprises in France, over 120 experts and decision-makers from both France and China will network and share the latest targeted incentive policies set-up by France to attract Chinese investments, including new measures to facilitate international mobility for Chinese managers. Chinese Ambassador in Paris M. Kong Quan will deliver the opening speech.
